* At-Home Concierge consultations must be within 60 miles of the Los Angeles & Beverly Hills office. We will need access to an electrical power outlet.
* An initial fee of $350 is required to schedule an At-Home Concierge consultation. This fee will go towards any treatment fees should you choose to pursue orthodontic treatment with Smile Health Orthodontics.
* We will require access to recent X-Ray imaging of your mouth.
